VCLK @ $17.51 (Valueclick) provides online advertising campaigns and programs to direct marketers, brand advertisers and advertising agencies. Revenues have increased 14% each of the last three quarters. Earnings are expected to grow 22% next year to 0.96 cents a share. We've made money in this stock a few times over the last couple of years and feel this is another great opportunity at these levels. We feel VCLK will probably be bought out by the end of the year, but if it doesn't, it still should see $25 a share. For the investor, we are establishing half a position here and entering the remaining half on a pull back to $15. Our stop loss will be set at $13, so adjust the size of your trade accordingly. The more aggressive traders can establish an entire position here with a tight stop set at $16.75.

DYN @ $7.48 (Dynergy) provides electric energy, capacity and ancillary services to customers in the Midwest, New York, Texas and the Southeast. Revenues have increased between 106% and 118% during the last three quarters and earnings are expected to grow 140% this year and another 62% in 2009. We've made money a few times in this name as well and it could be added to the Playbook 100 also. We are establishing a position here and setting our stop loss at $7.

Watch List

CMED, GS, NYX and C have all hit our entry levels for establishing at least half a position. We expect to get our entry in Apple (AAPL) shortly. Also, to those who have written about Fannie Mae (FNM) over the last two days, the stock should have been stopped out. We realize we spoke favorably about the stock only a week ago, but we cannot stay invested in this falling knife. We took a shot and it didn't work out, move on because this stock could go much lower just as easily as it could bounce to $30 and we don't hold losers and hope for a rebound, we move on.

The oil and gas exploration sector has had many stocks climb to new highs recently and we feel this may be one of the sectors that shows leadership once we emerge from the recent market doldrums. We wouldn't buy all of these stocks but would choose one or two of the following if you didn't invest in BZP @ $13.85 a few weeks ago when we recommended it.

PQ @ $15.76 (Petroquest Energy) is engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in Oklahoma, Texas and the Gulf Coast basin. We would establish half a position here and enter the remaining half on a pull back to $14. Our stop loss will be set at $13.

CLR @ $28.08 (Continental Resources) is engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in the Rocky Mountain, Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast regions. We would establish half a position here and buy the remaining half on a pull back to $25.50. Our stop loss will be set at $24.50.

MMR @ $16.80 (Mcmoran Exploration), SGY @ $50.76 (Stone Energy), and SD @ $37.64 (Sandridge Energy) are also attractive and could be played on any weakness.

Watch List

Here is a look at some of the stocks we plan on buying if this weakness brings us to our next entry levels. GS @ $160, AAPL @ $118, CMED@ $40, NYX @ $62 and believe it or not, while we still don't like many financial's beyond Goldman Sachs, we are ready to dip our foot in on Citigroup (C) @ $22. We also like the Citigroup 2010 $10 Calls at $14.35.

Investors tried to take the market higher at many points during the day, but eventually succumbed to another stream of bad news. The Dow and the S&P 500 are down more than 5 percent so far this year and the Nasdaq is down nearly 8 percent, having been pummeled since Jan. 1 due to worse-than-anticipated readings on the economy. Today's events raised fears that fourth-quarter earnings reports, which start pouring in later this week, may not meet already lowered expectations. The Dow fell 238.42, or 1.86 percent, to 12,589.07, after ratcheting up and down through the day. The S&P 500 dropped 25.99, or 1.84 percent, to 1,390.19, and the Nasdaq, reflecting uneasiness about tech stocks after AT&T's news, declined 58.95, or 2.36 percent, to 2,440.51.

Shorts:

The recent correction has been hard and swift. We are more inclined to buy stocks at these levels, rather than shorting them. Shorting the market would have been a great idea a week ago. However, for those that have been emailing us the last few days, looking for shorts, I would suggest exercising caution. We would rather use this as an opportunity to add to some of our favorite positions on this weakness. As we usually do during market corrections, we've brought back our popular Watch List section, which will highlight a few stocks that we want to accumulate during this weakness.

Watch List:

It is tough to recommend buying stocks in a market like this. There are, however, some stocks that we will slowly accumulate during these tough times. These stocks are investments. You still need to set some downside protection on them. These are stocks that we wouldn't mind owning in three years from now and will add to positions on weakness. We, personally, like using long term equity options (LEAPS) instead of equities in many of these cases, but that is for you individually to decide. Call us at (386)756-9728, if you need help figuring out the best plan of attack for you.

We will start nibbling on: GS @ $175-$178, NYX @ $68-$70, RIMM @ $87-$92, AAPL @ $145-$150, and MSFT @ $31.
